Meet the Youth Ministry Team
This ministry would not be possible if it weren't for the instruments Our God utilized to make it happen! Here are some of our awesome team members who have sacrificed the time out of their lives to help youth get closer to Our Lord and help them grow in their knowledge of the Catholic faith.
Willie Garcia
St. Patrick Youth Ministry Director
With the help of Father Kiko, Sarah Tabor, Alexa Weight, and Sofia Rodriguez-Walmisley, Willie was able to officially start a Youth Ministry for the Parish in September of 2016. Willie has helped coordinate youth groups throughout his life and has even seen some of the children of his first youth students come to our current youth group meetings.
Sarah Tabor
St. Patrick Youth Ministry Coordinator
Sarah is one of the first coordinators who helped kick-start St. Patrick's Youth Ministry. Currently, her focus is to help coordinate Thursday's middle school group.
Sofia Rodriguez- Walmisley
Sofia helped found the Youth Ministry at St. Patrick, and since, she has been involved in prepping our Thursday meetings, as well as setting an example to her peers with her initiative and leadership skills.
Arely De Leon
St. Patrick Youth Ministry Coordinator
Arely has had experience coordinating at other parishes, and was asked to join the team in September of 2016. Since, she has helped start a youth group on the weekends, called E.P.I.C. (Everything's Possible In Christ), for youth who are called to leadership.
Matthew De Leon
St. Patrick Youth Ministry Information Tech
Matthew helps behind the scenes, creating rosters for attendance, programs to keep track of all things in the Youth Ministry, and on the last Thursday of the month, he helps us pickup the youth's pizza order. That's kind of a big deal!
